Refunds
All sales are final. Since each product is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed. Once your purchase is processed, any associated promotional entries or benefits are immediately submitted and cannot be withdrawn or modified.
Shipping Disclaimer
Orders typically ship within 5-10 business days after being placed through our website. Please note that any shipping time frames provided are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Various factors, such as order volume, inventory status, and shipping carrier delays, may affect shipping times.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please be patient as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Limited Edition Products
Products labeled “Limited Edition” may take up to 2 weeks to ship, as they are made to order.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but is lost or stolen, the responsibility falls on the customer. We cannot reimburse or replace items once they are marked as delivered.
Return to Sender Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will attempt to contact you via email. You will have 30 days to respond. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your order will be automatically voidedwith no refund issued.
International Customers
At the moment we do not ship Internationally. When we finally do – Pagel Services is not responsible for any additional fees, including duties, taxes, or customs charges, that may arise during international shipping. These costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping charges for the new item.
You may exchange merchandise for any item of equal or greater value (any cost difference must be paid by the customer). Downgrades that require a refund are not allowed.
Exchange Timeframe:
- All exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of purchase.
- Issues with defective merchandise must be reported within 60 days for a warranty replacement.
After 60 days, we are no longer liable for any issues.
How to Process an Exchange
- Include a copy of your original invoice and any correspondence with Customer Service.
- Specify the item and size you would like as a replacement.
