The Pagel Services Giveaway is sponsored by Pagel Services, located at 630 Madison St., Fennimore, WI 53809.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees of Pagel Services and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The giveaway begins on Tuesday, November 12th and ends on Tuesday, November 26th at midnight Central Time(the “Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
- Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, every dollar spent at the Pagel Services online merch shop (www.pagelservices.net/shop) earns one entry.
- No Purchase Necessary Entry: Entrants can also enter without making a purchase. To participate without a purchase, legibly hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3″x 5″ card or paper, and mail it in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage to: Pagel Services, 630 Madison St., Fennimore, WI 53809. Each mailed entry is worth 8 entries. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per day per address. Mailed entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
5. Winner Selection
At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted using a random number generator to ensure a fair selection.
6. Prize
The winner will receive $600 in hunting accessories. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $600. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided and will have seven (7) days to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Publicity Release
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Pagel Services to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
Pagel Services reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
